Scaled Agile Framework. To start the year I ready every SAFe framework and Advanced Topic article. All of them, as in all of them. If you are a Lean-Agile nerd and are working with SAFe, I recommend doing the same. You will learn a lot, I promise. If that seems like a lot to take on, consider starting off with SAFe5 Distilled by Rich and Dean.Â
